We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting for our organization. You will be required to have a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, coupled with the ability to translate these into effective tax strategies for our business. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the organization.
2. Prepare and review tax returns for S Corporations, Corporations, and Individuals.
3. Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax savings opportunities.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tax filings.
5. Provide strategic tax planning advice and recommendations to senior management.
6. Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with business objectives.
7. Manage tax audits and inquiries by governmental authorities, ensuring proper representation of company interests.
8. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and educate the team and management on how these could impact the business.
9. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax management, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Proven experience in preparing tax returns for S Corporations, Corporations, and Individuals.
4. In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret tax laws and regulations, and apply them in business scenarios.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in tax preparation software and other relevant accounting tools.
10. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
