Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Prepare and review HNW individual, trust, estate, and business (S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership) tax returns
  • Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning for clients
  • Communicate directly with clients and financial advisors to deliver insights and solutions
  • Respond to IRS and state tax notices, including audit support
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in tax and client engagement practices
  • Collaborate with advisory team members on tax planning and workflow optimization
  • Work on-site first year, with potential for hybrid schedule thereafter

You should have most of the following:
  • Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) License
  • Minimum 5 years of recent public accounting or tax advisory experience
  • Strong experience with HNW, small business, and trust/estate clients
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax law and compliance
  • Experience with UltraTax (preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
