We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our CPA team:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA certification required (or equivalent)
- 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax planning and compliance
- Experience managing and supervising staff members
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review tax planning and compliance services for a variety of clients
- Conduct tax research and provide technical expertise to clients and staff
- Assist with tax audits and other tax-related issues
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for tax return preparation and to discuss tax-related issues
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Mentor and train staff members in tax planning and compliance
