Job Responsibilities:

• The primary point of contact for a diverse book of client relationships, including managing all tax preparation and strategic planning needs.
• New client onboarding through advisory services delivery, including entity structure and owner compensation planning, identifying and maximizing deductions, and ensuring tax compliance.
• Review of tax returns, including S Corps (1120-S), C Corps (1120), Partnerships (1065), and Individuals (1040).
• Review accounting data prior to tax preparation, including clean-up and adjusting entries and trial balance consolidations.
• Tax research and analysis on varied topics under partner direction.
• Tax planning, projections, and strategy for business and individual clients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Masters in Tax is a plus!
• CPA or EA certification required
• 4-5+ years of tax experience
• Independent, self-motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversight
• Excellent time management skills
• Open to instruction and constructive criticism
• Professionalism; Good written and oral communication skills
• Personable; comfortable with direct client interaction and relationship management
• Dependable team player
