Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Substantial experience in tax, with proven expertise in managing client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of team mentorship.
