We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in individual, corporate, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates tax management. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning for high net worth clients and businesses. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their tax obligations are met while minimizing their tax liabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the tax compliance and planning for high net worth clients and businesses
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
• Review and prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates
• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on various tax matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff members
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in individual, corporate, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates tax management
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working with high net worth clients and businesses preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
