- Client Leadership: Provide expert guidance and support to insurance clients, addressing complex tax matters and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Tax Strategy: Develop and implement innovative tax strategies, ensuring compliance and optimizing client tax positions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Technical Excellence: Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely advice.
- Project Management: Manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and adherence to deadlines.
- Client Growth: Contribute to business development efforts, including client proposals and presentations, to expand the firm's reach and client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Proven experience in tax leadership roles, with a focus on the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
