We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. This role will have a fast track to Partner promotion within a year.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills who enjoys a variety of work. The Tax Manager will serve as a generalist, overseeing and performing high-level reviews of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Review complex tax returns across multiple entity types.
Provide guidance to staff and senior accountants on technical issues.
Manage engagements to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Research and resolve tax matters as needed.
Collaborate with partners and clients to address tax planning opportunities.
Qualifications:
CPA license required.
5+ years of public accounting tax experience, including supervision and management experience
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation.
Excellent review, leadership, and communication skills.
