Job Details
Manage a portfolio of tax compliance and consulting engagements from planning through completion
Review federal, state, and local tax returns prepared by staff and seniors for accuracy and technical soundness
Research complex tax issues and deliver clear, practical guidance to clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
Supervise, train, and mentor associates and seniors, providing timely and constructive feedback
Manage workloads, budgets, deadlines, and realization across engagements
Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to business development with partners
Stay current on tax law changes and communicate their impact to clients and the team
Support tax provision, extensions, estimates, and notice or audit responses as needed
