Job Details
- Lead and mentor the tax team, supporting professional development and managing client engagements.
- Deliver high-level tax advisory services, with a focus on corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct tax research, address complex issues, and provide strategic guidance.
- Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities for the tax practice.
- Ensure compliance with current tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; a master’s in taxation is preferred.
- CPA certification or law degree is required.
- 8+ years of recent tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with a national or regional firm is a plus.
