Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Tax Manager (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and possess a CPA certification. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications:
- Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage tax planning, preparation, and filing for a variety of entities, including c-corp, s-corp, individual, 1040, trust, estate, and gift
- Review and analyze tax returns, financial statements, and other documentation to identify tax issues and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff and other team members on tax-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate the impact of these changes to management and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, external auditors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience training & mentoring staff (Associates, Senior Associates)
- Will focus on managing clients’ expectations, handling multiple engagements at a given time, reviewing the work of associates/senior associates, overall project scope & timeframe, handling more complicated issues, as well as budgets, driving engagements, staffing, billing, etc.
- Preferred experience working across multiple industries
- Ideally experience with multiple types of returns: Individual, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Trust, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA certification is required
