Tax Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profits for the organization
• Manage and oversee all tax-related activities including tax planning, compliance, and reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments
• Analyze financial data to identify tax issues and opportunities for tax savings
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on tax-related matters
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations and communicate any changes or updates to the organization
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting and Tax Management
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
