- Manage the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for clients, including optimizing deductions, credits, and exemptions. Provide proactive tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
