Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage the preparation of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries
  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients across various industries
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and senior associates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tax engagements
  • Research complex tax issues and prepare written memoranda
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters, deadlines, and planning strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
  • Assist with business development initiatives and client relationship management
  • Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on clients

Qualifications:
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus in tax
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
