We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in CPA, Tax Manager, Public Accounting, Partnership, Corporation, Estates, Non-profit, Planning, and IRS. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for various clients, including corporations, partnerships, estates, and non-profit organizations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex tax issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services and expand business.
• Research and stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, communicating updates to clients and team members.
• Manage and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with partnership, corporation, estate, and non-profit taxation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
