Responsibilities:
Experience:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team, providing guidance, training, and fostering growth
- Elevate the quality of tax work by meticulously reviewing staff contributions
- Take charge of preparing and signing a variety of tax returns, from Partnership to S-corporation and C-corporation, including multi-state filings
- Showcase your expertise in preparing and reviewing Individual and Trust tax returns
- Contribute to the billing process and engage in client billing activities
- Become a trusted advisor to existing clients, providing top-tier service
Experience:
- 5 years or more of related experience
- Exhibit exceptional project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Active CPA
- Embrace flexibility to handle seasonal workload fluctuations
- Show willingness to travel for client projects and seize development opportunities
