Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise teams of staff and seniors; provide feedback, coaching, and development support.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning.
  • Deliver strategic tax planning solutions that align with clients' broader business goals.
  • Review complex tax returns to ensure quality and accuracy prior to submission.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through responsive, consultative service.
  • Support the professional development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance.
  • Manage multiple engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling additional services.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and in the broader business community.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required).
  • Active CPA or EA license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Prior experience in a public accounting environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons.
