Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tax compliance and advisory for a diverse client base.
  • Oversee tax return preparations and submissions.
  • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local tax laws, informing clients on potential impacts.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, emphasizing continuous learning.
  • Deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance to clients.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities for the firm's tax services.
  • Contribute to internal strategic planning and departmental enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related; Master’s in Taxation a plus.
  • Valid CPA license.
  • At least 5 years of experience in public accounting with a tax focus.
  • Deep understanding of tax codes, regulations, and advisory services.
  • Demonstrated managerial and team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Stellar communication and client relationship management skills.
