Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead tax compliance and advisory for a diverse client base.
- Oversee tax return preparations and submissions.
- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local tax laws, informing clients on potential impacts.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, emphasizing continuous learning.
- Deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance to clients.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities for the firm's tax services.
- Contribute to internal strategic planning and departmental enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related; Master’s in Taxation a plus.
- Valid CPA license.
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting with a tax focus.
- Deep understanding of tax codes, regulations, and advisory services.
- Demonstrated managerial and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Stellar communication and client relationship management skills.
