1. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and international tax matters.
2. Manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of all international tax returns.
3. Conduct complex tax research and prepare tax memoranda addressing international tax issues.
4. Coordinate audits of company international tax filings.
5. Ensure the company is in compliance with all international tax laws and regulations.
6. Advise management on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities.
7. Coordinate tax planning strategies for international operations.
8. Manage and mentor members of the tax team to improve performance and enhance their knowledge of tax regulations.
9. Collaborate with other department leaders to forecast future tax predictions.
10. Maintain and update the company's tax database and prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of tax experience, with managerial experience.
3. Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
4. Excellent knowledge of tax software and QuickBooks preferred.
5. Strong understanding of international tax law and regulations.
6. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
7. Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
8. Analytical skills with detail orientation.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
