Tax Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our firm in OKC. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tax compliance and planning process for our clients. You will be working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tax compliance process for our clients, including preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns, tax provisions, and tax estimates.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct research on tax issues and provide guidance to clients on tax matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Manage and mentor junior staff members and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.
• Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
