An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our award-winning Tax team. This role is perfect for a candidate who is passionate about tax compliance, planning, and strategy and is looking to take their career to the next level.

We are a progressive, Top 10 CPA firm, providing clients with a genuine coast-to-coast and global advantage in major regions of the U.S. and in many of the world’s leading financial centers. As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued success, providing expert tax advice and solutions to our diverse client base, which includes corporations, real estate, fiduciary, HNW individuals, and pass-through entities.

Responsibilities

As a Tax Manager, your primary duties will include

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing tax returns for corporations, real estate, fiduciary, and pass-through entities.
• Developing and implementing strategic tax planning for our clients.
• Researching and analyzing complex tax issues and providing clear, concise, and effective advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring our clients are informed and prepared for these changes.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting.
• Extensive experience dealing with tax issues related to corporations, real estate, fiduciary, and pass-through entities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.
