Essential Functions:

• Prepare, review, and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Stay current with tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance with all tax obligations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability, while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide guidance on tax-efficient business structures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Evaluate the tax implications of various financial decisions and provide recommendations.
