Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare and review business, trust, and individual tax returns
  • Manage accounting engagements and tax planning strategies
  • Participate in client meetings and relationship management
  • Identify financial planning opportunities across tax, investment, insurance, and lending areas
  • Perform analysis to develop customer-focused solutions
  • Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members
  • Assist minimally in tax audits and representations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts in delivering comprehensive financial strategies

You should have most of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • CPA or EA certification required
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in public accounting, small business, or wealth management
  • Proficiency in preparing a variety of tax returns and accounting engagements
  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Professional Suite and BNA Income Tax Planner preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-net-worth individual and small business clients
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
