Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Research tax issues and provide recommendations for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding tax planning and compliance matters
- Prepare tax projections and estimates
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Mentor and train staff members
- Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification or actively pursuing certification
- 5+ years of tax experience for Manager level
- Strong technical skills in tax preparation and research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with tax software, such as CCH ProSystem fx or UltraTax, is a plus
