1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's tax function, including corporate, S Corp, partnership, and individual tax services.
2. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize tax liability and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
3. Review and approve all tax returns, including Form 1040, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Conduct thorough tax risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Manage relationships with external auditors and tax consultants, ensuring all tax-related issues are effectively addressed.
6. Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance on their impact on the company.
7. Provide expert tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making.
8. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on tax management.
4. Proven experience in managing corporate, S Corp, partnership, and individual tax services.
5. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience in preparing and reviewing Form 1040.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
10. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
