Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Lead strategic tax planning for clients—including analysis, plan development, recommendations, and presentations.
Manage project budgets to ensure profitability throughout tax engagements.
Oversee billing processes and monitor write-offs to maintain engagement efficiency.
Represent clients before federal and state tax authorities in IRS matters.
Coordinate all phases of large-scale tax engagements, including staff management, scheduling, and logistics.
Utilize reporting and analytics tools to monitor budgets and ensure firm profitability.
Identify opportunities for additional client services and contribute to firm growth through referrals and networking.
What You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
Active CPA license.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance, with industry-specific knowledge preferred.
