We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be more than just a traditional accountant; you will serve as a strategic partner to our diverse clientele.

- Oversee all aspects of tax services including planning, compliance, and research.
- Manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and ensure accuracy, timely filing, and compliance with tax laws.
- Provide innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients.
- Manage, mentor, and develop members of the tax team.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, business partners, and team members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and current tax practices to provide suitable solutions for clients.
- Lead and coordinate ad hoc tax-driven business initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in taxation.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax law and federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
