Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client base. You will lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members.
• Stay current with changes in tax regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
