Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
You should have most of the following:
- Prepare complex individual and entity tax returns
- Review tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy and compliance
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and training to junior staff
- Conduct research and consult on diverse tax issues
- Maintain direct communication with clients on tax matters
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You should have most of the following:
- BS in Accounting or MA in Tax
- CPA or EA license required
- Minimum 5 years of tax preparation and review experience
- Experience with UltraTax strongly preferred
- Experience using BNA Income Tax Planner a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff
