Job Details
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Preparing complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
2. Providing expert tax advice to our clients, helping them understand their tax obligations and opportunities for savings.
3. Staying updated on the latest federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize client benefits.
4. Utilizing QuickBooks and other financial software to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
5. Working with small businesses to provide comprehensive financial and tax-related advice.
6. Conducting thorough reviews of financial records, income statements, and expenditure documents.
Qualifications:
1. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
2. 2+ years of experience in public accounting, specifically in business taxation.
3. Proven experience with tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
5. A deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to translate tax language into simple terms for clients.
