We do all this by empowering our staff with reasonable expectations around working hours: Full-time seniors have a goal of 1375 charge hours (2250 total hours), generally without the expectation that you’ll work weekends. We're working hard to get busy season hours down to an average of 50 hours/week.

Job Details

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation
  • CPA license
  • 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting
  • Demonstrates leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to set and work with goals, objectives, and deadlines
