We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Tax Senior to join our dynamic finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing our international tax strategies. We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of international tax laws and regulations, who is adept at tax planning, government tax examinations, tax provisions, and has experience with 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8261, 1116 forms. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review U.S. international tax forms such as 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8261, 1116.
2. Stay updated on international tax laws and regulations and advise on the impact of these changes to the organization.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of international tax planning strategies.
4. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions.
5. Manage government tax examinations, liaise with tax authorities, and resolve any disputes.
6. Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international tax laws.
8. Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
9. Support the tax team with ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA, Master's degree in Taxation, or JD/LLM is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation.
3. Proficiency in U.S. international tax forms such as 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8261, 1116.
4. Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and tax accounting.
5. Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply tax laws to business transactions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
8. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
10. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
11. High level of integrity and professionalism.

This is a non-exempt hourly rate job with time and a half paid for overtime, providing upside earnings opportunity!
