Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior to join our team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who is eager to apply their knowledge and expertise in corporate taxation, auditing, and accounting within a fast-paced and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, advisory work, and various tax-related projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their leadership skills and grow within the Accounting and Finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our corporate clients.
• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise.
• Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the tax team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and excellence in practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate taxation, auditing, and accounting.
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Analytical skills with detail orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of latest industry trends and regulations.
• Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
