Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on compliance and planning.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
