Job Details

Client Management:
  • Serve as primary client contact, building trust and providing exceptional service
  • Conduct client meetings to gather tax information and discuss strategies
  • Identify and offer tailored tax solutions and savings opportunities
  • Tax Compliance and Preparation
  • Prepare and review tax returns for diverse entities (businesses, individuals, trusts)
  • Analyze financial data to maximize deductions, credits, and incentives
  • Stay current with tax law changes to ensure compliance

Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct complex tax research and interpret regulations
  • Analyze tax implications of business transactions
  • Prepare technical memos and recommendations
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate across practice areas
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA preferred
  • 3+ years tax/accounting experience
  • Comprehensive tax law knowledge
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
