Role Responsibilities:
Compile, scrutinize, and handle financial accounting data for tax return creation, catering to high-net-worth individuals and small enterprises.
Assist tax managers and partners in consistent client engagement management.
Regularly update management on client engagement milestones.
Grasp and investigate tax theories and tailor them to address client demands.
Implement compliance facets with moderate to minimal guidance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Holding a bachelor's degree in accounting from a distinguished program; a master's in taxation is advantageous.
3-5 years of professional background in a CPA firm.
Robust expertise in tax preparation, compliance, jurisdiction communication, and tax research.
Previous experience in tax return preparation for affluent individuals, trusts, and estates.
Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency.
Zeal for continuous growth, learning, and taking initiative.
Superb client interaction skills.
Self-reliant work ethic, yet comfortable working collaboratively.
Aptitude for innovative and logical problem-solving.
Sharp analytical and structuring skills.
Effective time management capabilities, focusing on prioritization and budget adherence.
Holding a CPA license is beneficial.
Familiarity with CCH Prosystem fx or Axcess Tax software is an added advantage.
Skill in BNA Tax Planner software is commendable.
