We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Senior to join our robust finance team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is eager to take on new challenges. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in managing and executing audit and tax responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a strong background in auditing, accounting, and tax audits.

As a Permanent Tax Senior, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

1. Conducting and managing tax audits with precision and a keen eye for detail.
2. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and advising clients on tax-related issues.
3. Collaborating with the audit team to ensure a thorough and comprehensive audit process.
4. Assisting in the development of audit plans and risk assessments.
5. Providing innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients.
6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and legislation.
7. Assisting with internal control testing and the preparation of audit reports.
8. Mentoring and training junior staff members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. Extensive knowledge of auditing, accounting, and tax audits.
4. Proven experience as an Audit Manager or similar role.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for numbers.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
