Responsibilities

Prepare Canadian and U.S. tax returns for: expatriates on assignment abroad; individuals with international issues (non-residents, departure and arrival in the country); American citizens living in Canada; Canadian residents owning rental real estate in the United States and/or owning property in the United States; frequent business travelers to the United States.
Communicate with customers to obtain missing information and answer their questions;
Handle representations to Canadian and American tax authorities;
Perform tax research in connection with the preparation of tax returns.


Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite;
Knowledge of Global FX and Tax Prep software (an asset);
Have completed a baccalaureate-level tax course (an asset).
