Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our growing tax team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to build on their experience in federal and state tax compliance while expanding their advisory and leadership skills. The Tax Senior will work closely with clients across a range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Conduct tax research and provide clients with practical tax planning strategies
- Assist with tax audits and correspondence with federal and state tax authorities
- Supervise and mentor junior team members; provide feedback and technical training
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely service delivery
- Collaborate with managers and partners on tax engagements and planning opportunities
- Stay current on changes in tax law and industry developments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred
- CPA license or in active pursuit of licensure
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
- Proficiency with tax preparation and research software (e.g., CCH Axcess, BNA, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
