As a Tax Senior, your primary role will be to provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and individuals on a variety of tax matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
2. Researching and resolving technical tax issues and assisting in the development of quality tax planning strategies.
3. Collaborating with partners and managers to provide high-quality tax services to clients.
4. Assisting with IRS and state tax audits and inquiries, including responding to information requests and notices.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations, and delivering exceptional client service.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making constructive suggestions for change.
7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.

Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and review, with a particular focus on partnerships and C corps. The following qualifications are required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is strongly preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
4. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for partnerships, C corps, and individuals.
5. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes and regulations.
6. Proficient with tax preparation software and other relevant technology.
7. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
