What We Seek in a Tax Staff Associate:
⭐ An aspiring tax professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation, JD, or LLM Degree preferred).
⭐ A genuine passion for all facets of taxation and a strong desire to carve a path in public accounting by meeting CPA minimum eligibility requirements.
⭐ Impressive academic achievements.
⭐ Relevant work experience, including internships, part-time roles, or on-campus employment.
⭐ Demonstrated proficiency in critical skills such as leadership, exceptional customer service, articulate verbal and written communication, and excellent organizational abilities.
⭐ The capability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization.
⭐ A proactive nature with the ability to anticipate challenges, devise solutions, exercise sound judgment, manage priorities, multitask efficiently, and work independently to drive success
