We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Supervisor to join our team. The Tax Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and reviewing the preparation of tax returns, providing tax planning and consulting services to clients, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Supervisor to join our team. The Tax Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and reviewing the preparation of tax returns, providing tax planning and consulting services to clients, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Review:
- Oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns.
Tax Planning and Consulting:
- Advise clients on tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial opportunities.
- Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws.
- Assist clients with tax planning for business transactions, estate planning, and other financial matters.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their tax-related concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to tax activities.
- Handle tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax services.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
