We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Technical Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in the Tech Services industry. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an innovative team, where your work will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for solving complex problems, and a proven track record in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a hunter's mentality towards new business development.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory through effective prospecting and cold calling.
2. Drive the entire sales process: prioritize and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, conduct in-depth needs assessments, deliver powerful presentations, negotiate and close deals.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to management on a regular basis.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or Tech Services industry.
2. Proven track record in new business development, contract negotiation, and territory management.
3. Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to convert prospects into active clients.
4. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
5. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and relentless drive to achieve sales goals.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and navigate through complex business environments.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
