We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to lead the Technical Onboarding process with new clients!. This is a permanent, full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely. Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical onboarding process, from beginning to end (including closing new customers to managing ongoing relationships and providing management technical support for existing clients)
  • Look for revenue expansion opportunities, including upsells and renewals
  • Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies
  • Establish and maintain accurate, timely, and forecasting, keeping CRM updated
  • Build a network of relationships across the industry and with key partners and customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and adapt sales strategies as needed
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales pipeline, including top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting
  • Understand and communicate with user base of developers and quants
  • Experience with PLG, data products, quant trading, and/or market microstructure
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Consultative sales experience, from discovering user's pain points, signs of friction, and knowing when your product isn't the best fit
  • Experience with Github a plus
