Job Details
Must Haves:
+ CPA certification.
+ 8+ years of experience in a global company environment or public accounting.
+ Strong expertise in US GAAP and technical accounting principles.
+ Hands-on experience with SEC filings and external reporting, including preparing 10Qs/10Ks and drafting financial disclosures.
+ Experience with complex technical accounting matters and preparing technical memos.
+ Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
+ Ability to ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and SOX 404 regulations.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Nice to Have:
+ Experience with NetSuite ERP.
+ Familiarity with equity management platforms like Carta or Equity Edge Online.
+ Experience with Workiva for financial reporting.
+ Previous experience in M&A due diligence and purchase accounting.
+ Background in automating accounting processes and managing system implementation projects.
+ Knowledge of ASC 718 share-based compensation.
+ Experience working with international subsidiaries and performing consolidation for financial reporting.
