We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full time/direct hire basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of software solutions. You must have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of software solutions
- Manage project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders, including senior management
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the .NET stack
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis and project management in the Technology industry
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, C#, .NET, and agile methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
