We are currently seeking an experienced Consulting Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This exciting role is at the heart of our organization, where you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and manage complex healthcare projects. You will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure business objectives are met. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about healthcare, technology, and project management, and are eager to make a significant impact on the industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet the desired business objectives.
2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, identify potential issues or risks, and devise contingency plans.
4. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and implementing agile principles and practices.
6. Ensure project resources are available and allocated correctly.
7. Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and issues.
8. Monitor, track, and report on project progress, and communicate updates to all stakeholders regularly.
9. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
10. Evaluate and assess the results of the project upon completion.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent scrum certification.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing full lifecycle technology projects using Agile methodologies.
5. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and healthcare IT standards.
6. Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proficient in project management software tools.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
11. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internally and externally.
12. Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
