Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with aerospace industry clients.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor for technical solutions.
  • You will be responsible for creating and leading sales campaigns, expanding customer knowledge, and effectively pushing target product lines.
  • Increase organic sales; Government agencies regarding product portfolio; Negotiate proposals; Prepare and manage daily customer quotations and
orders; ensure on time order deliveries.
  • Translate technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand product capabilities and limitations.
  • Create customized proposals with technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management.
  • Experience with government FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related technical field, or business preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aerospace products and services.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
