We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Solutions Manager to provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for our client’s advanced motor coach products. This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction and product performance across North America. The ideal candidate will travel to various locations to diagnose and resolve complex service and maintenance issues, while also documenting findings and working collaboratively with both internal teams and customers.

Job Details


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage technical solutions to meet the needs of our customers and business.
  • Oversee the implementation of I.O Controls, Vansco, Actia Multiplex electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct diagnostics on Allison transmission, Amerex, Bendix, and WABCO systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain CDL, Smartire/Smartwave, and CAT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a variety of motor coach brands and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the field.
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members as necessary.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in I.O Controls, Vansco, Actia Multiplex electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in Allison transmission diagnostics, Amerex, Bendix, and WABCO systems.
  • Experience with CDL, Smartire/Smartwave, and CAT systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of a variety of motor coach brands and products.
  • Technician Type II MV AC EPA Certification.
  • CFC12-12 certification.
  • Experience with Cummins Insite and DDDL.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
