Job Details
We are seeking a Software‑focused Technical Sourcer to support hiring for software engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 6–10 years of experience who has directly sourced for software engineering roles and thrives in a sourcing‑heavy environment.
This is not a coordination or scheduling role. Success in this position requires hands‑on outbound sourcing, strong technical alignment, and the ability to consistently deliver qualified software candidates.

You will support hiring for roles such as:
- Software Engineers (frontend, backend, full stack)
- Platform and Infrastructure Engineers
- Distributed Systems Engineers
- Software‑adjacent ML or data roles
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sourcing strategies for software engineering roles
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools
- Partner closely with software recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on software requirements
- Assess candidate alignment at a high level and articulate fit clearly
- Deliver qualified, interview‑ready candidates for active software requisitions
Required:
- 6–10 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer or Software Sourcer/Recruiter
- Direct experience sourcing software engineering roles
- Proven ability to operate in a sourcing‑heavy, fast‑paced environment
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering roles and profiles
- Advanced Boolean and X‑ray sourcing techniques
- LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub sourcing
- Pipeline development and outbound messaging
- Clear communication and stakeholder partnership
Nice to Have:
- Experience sourcing for ML, AI, or infrastructure‑heavy software teams
- Exposure to high‑growth or product‑driven tech environments
